This past weekend was just so wonderful. Not only was I able to photograph an amazing bride and groom, but I was able to see the faces of so many that I love. This wedding was in Bowling Green, KY, which is where we just recently moved from. Well, I guess I can’t say “recently” anymore considering it’s almost been a year! It is truly a wonder sometimes at how quickly time flies by. Seeing our church community and our friends was the cherry on top of the ice-cream sundae.
Kayleigh and Justin were some of the best to work with. I have watched them from a distance and up close through the last few years. We attended the same church in Bowling Green and their love for The Lord is deep. Their hearts exude joy and it is so contagious! I couldn’t think of a better exit than bubbles for these two because it fits their personalities so well. They are full of life and are so positive that it literally bubbles over into everything they do. So thankful that I got to be a part of this day.
From her dress to the flowers this fit Kayleigh so well! She was the perfect Southern Belle. The ruffles of her dress and the thistles in her flowers were simply the best. I love how everything comes together on the wedding day and all the hard planning comes to life. I will have to say that one of my favorite things to observe before the wedding is the Mama and her daughter. There were many laughs, hugs and kisses between Kayleigh and her mom. They were such a joy and so fun. I hope these photos give you some insight to the joy that was this day. Enjoy and congratulations Mr. and Mrs. Felts!!!
