Kristen + Brendan | Long Hollow Gardens Wedding

Hello Hello!!! It has been SOOOOO LONG since I have blogged. I wanted to let everyone know that YES I am still here! HA! Life gets pretty crazy busy when you are trying to juggle operating a small business, homeschooling/raising four small children, converting a school bus into an RV (aka a Skoolie) and doing life with your community. I will honestly say that I am so thankful for the work that I have and am even more thankful for my understanding clients! I am beyond excited about the couples and families that I get to work with this year and will try to post more often. Thank you for being patient with me! I am so excited to FINALLY blog again! I am really excited that it is a beautiful early Spring Long Hollow Gardens Wedding!!!

Where to even begin with this wedding?!?! From the venue to the couple the whole day was just beautiful. Kristen and Brendan chose Nashville as their destination wedding location and I couldn’t have been happier about it! Their families came in from all over and were seriously and hoot and a half!!! Their thick New York accents and sarcastic personalities had me laughing so hard.

Kristen’s attention to detail and thoughtfulness was so apparent. From their guest favors to her perfume so much thought went into her details. Because their wedding was a destination wedding their table seating chart/ guest favors were luggage tags. It was such a neat idea! Kristen also likes to remember events or moments through smell so she bought a special sent that she only wore on her wedding day. I love when couples let me in on the meaning behind their choices. It was truly such a fun and memorable day.

I was also so honored to work with such AMAZING vendors for this wedding!!! Gather and Heart https://www.gatherandheart.com/ did a phenomenal job planning and making everything come together. Long Hollow Gardens http://longhollowgardens.com/ is absolutely stunning and I was so excited to photograph a wedding at this venue. I love this greenhouse and the light it lets in. I also just LOVED their story and families. These two met studying abroad and love traveling the world together. For the table center pieces they had locations that they have traveled to and lived at. I can only image how much fun they are having on their honeymoon!
